Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase with us, every time! If, for any reason though, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our Returns Policy. 

The following terms are applicable for any products that you have purchased with us.

INTERPRETATION AND DEFINITIONS

The following words have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

For the purposes of this Return and Exchange Policy:

Business Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Magenta Home” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Magenta Home.

Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.

Orders mean a request by you to purchase Goods from Us.

Service refers to the Website.

Website refers to the Magenta Home website, accessible from https://magentahome.co.uk

You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

GENERAL RETURN POLICY

All items that are eligible for return will be processed if conditions are met.

You are always required to ship back the items by following the shipping instruction:

If you would like to request a refund, please email us at returns@magentahome.co.uk to arrange the return of your order. We will provide you with instructions for sending us the item(s). 

REFUND POLICY

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 14 days of your purchase. If the product is damaged in any way upon return, or you have initiated the return after 14 days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

In order for the product to be eligible for a Refund, make sure these conditions are met:

  • Product must be returned in its original packaging
  • Product wasn’t used or damaged
  • Product must include original tags (if applicable)

If the reason for return is:

  • A change of mind by you, the customer, or
  • Your items do not fit

then these reasons lie out of Magenta Home’s responsibility and you may be asked to cover return shipping costs.

If the reason for your return is:

  • A shipping error
  • A faulty item
  • The item is not as described

then the return shipping costs will be covered by Magenta Home and our suppliers.

After we receive your product, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the Original Payment Method you’ve used during the purchase within 14 days. 

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

If you have a request for Return, Refund or Exchange and if you have further clarification and questions, please do not hesitate to contact us via:

You will be updated for their Return Status through their EMAIL, provided that contact information is recorded to us.

We will aim to get back to you to review your refund within 48hrs. Once we have clarified whether or not you are eligible for a full refund, we will arrange shipping for you. Please allow enough time for us to organise the best shipping method with our selected suppliers.

Once we have received and inspected your item, we will refund you the full amount minus the shipping costs paid.
